Not just reading out loud. You understand the structure, notice the grammar and watch your pronunciation as you repeat — until correct Japanese comes out without thinking.

We don't just return the corrected version — we explain why we changed it (Super Kiai Course and above).

FAQ
How is Japanese coaching different from online Japanese lessons?+
Online lessons give you a place to talk. Kiai Japanese builds a study plan with you — what to do, in what order and how much — hands it to you as daily tasks, and checks in once a week to see how it's going. Lessons are one part of that plan. A place to talk isn't enough if your vocabulary and grammar aren't there yet.
I can barely speak Japanese. Can I still join?+
Yes. Lessons are all in Japanese, but your teacher adjusts vocabulary and speed to your level. The foundation for speaking — vocabulary and reading aloud — is built in parallel through your daily tasks.
Can you help me prepare for the JLPT?+
Yes. We plan backward from your target level and test date, and decide how to balance vocabulary, listening and writing.
Can I keep it up with a full-time job?+
Lessons are 30 minutes and you choose the time slot. The less free time you have, the more a detailed daily task list helps.
How much time do I need each day?+
We plan your tasks around your current routine — vocabulary on your commute, reading aloud and conversation in the evening — so they fit into the life you already have. If you have less time, we reorder things to get the most out of it.
What time zone are lessons in?+
Lessons are scheduled in Japan time (JST). Tell us your time zone when you apply, and we'll find times that work for you.
Is there a minimum contract?+
No. Plans are month-to-month and you can stop anytime. Personal-training style programs often ask you to pay for three or six months up front; with Kiai Japanese, you decide each month whether to continue.
What currency are the prices in?+
Japanese yen (JPY), tax included. There is no enrollment fee.
Is there a free trial?+
